Holocaust Education Remembrance Through Intergenerational Exchange

A European initiative dedicated to keeping Holocaust remembrance alive, connecting generations through education, personal stories, and shared dialogue.

Memory Across Generations

The past speaks when someone listens.

REM Heritage creates spaces where historical knowledge, personal stories and educational practice meet. Through intergenerational exchange, the project supports remembrance as an active, shared and human process.

Memory Across Generations
Remembrance as dialogue

A space where memory is not only preserved, but shared, questioned and carried forward.

Project Overview

An educational project at the intersection of memory, identity and democratic values.

REM Heritage brings together organizations, educators, young people and communities from across Europe to strengthen Holocaust education, through participatory methods, archive-based learning, youth engagement and cross-generational dialogue.

At its core, the project believes that remembrance is not only a historical duty, but a foundation for building more just and inclusive societies today.
